Provided technical assistance to the National President and Chair of the Board to the civil rights organization as they created a social justice committee of the Board of Directors. Met with the inaugural committee to develop parameters for the committee and answer questions about how they should organize themselves. On-going
City of Bluffton, South Carolina
Worked with the City of Bluffton, South Carolina as they develop their first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee for the city employees. Discussed means for the employees to advise of current issues, how to develop affinity committees, and initial policies that they should have. On-going.
